    Delegating, Supporting, Coach<\/span>ing, and Directing! Th<\/span>ese are the four core elements behind\u00a0D1<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0D2<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0D3<\/em><\/strong>, and\u00a0D4<\/em><\/strong>. Lets Break That Down. . .\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    D1.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span>When you first start out in an organization\u2014 though you may be qualified in your role \u2014 there is still a lot to be learned about the ecosystem that is your new workplace. At this point in time, you would be cons<\/span>idered a D1.<\/p>

    D2.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>After getting a bit more comfortable in your position, you might experience some growing pains. You know what you\u00a0know<\/i>, and in turn know what you\u00a0don\u2019t<\/i>\u00a0know<\/i>, which can get frustrating. This would be categorized as a D2, with you requiring further support to better yourself in your posi<\/span>tion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    D3.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>You know what it is you need to do, but don\u2019t always have the ability to make it happen. You\u2019ve got the technical knowhow, but not the confidence to lead it into fruition.
